​Lynn Hoeft is the daughter of Kent and Lorie Hoeft. She is 20 years old and is a Sophomore at North Iowa Area Community College. She will graduate from NIACC and attend the University of Northern Iowa to continue her studies in elementary education in Fall 2022.
 
While at NIACC, she has participated in track & field and basketball. Lynn graduated from Charles City High School.
 
She started showing sheep when she was a Clover Kid, and has shown sheep ever since. Lynn got a Dorset ram and decided to get a ewe to have some Dorsets in her flock. She fell in love with them and is growing her flock. Lynn loves Dorset Sheep and hopes to continue to raise and show Dorset sheep while inspiring other kids to raise and show them as well.
